💯 Are the cards 100% original?
Absolutely! We deal only in 100% authentic Pokémon TCG cards. No fakes, no proxies — ever.
📸 Why don’t you show photos of every card?
We often stock multiple copies of the same card. To keep things simple and avoid confusion, we use representative images of the card version you’ll receive.
✨ What condition are the cards in?
Only the best make the cut. All cards are Near Mint (NM) or better, unless clearly stated otherwise.
📷 Can I see a real photo before buying?
Definitely! Just DM us on Instagram and we’ll send you actual photos of the specific card(s) you want.
🚚 How’s shipping handled?
We ship via Shiprocket within 2 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll get tracking details as soon as your order hits the road.
💳 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at the moment. We only accept prepaid orders via secure payment gateways.
📦 Can I place a bulk or custom order?
Yes! Deck-building or card hunting? Reach out on Instagram and we’ll hook you up.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for global plans!
📬 What if my card arrives damaged?
We pack with care, but if there’s an issue, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
🔁 Can I return or exchange cards?
